]]> People haven’t stopped talking about GRiZ’ new album Rebel Era since he dropped it last year, and with good reason.  In fact, I listed it previously as my favorite album of the year.  The massive drops, innovative and groovy guitar licks, and soulful horn solos made it a strong contender in the EDM world.  Fortunately for us (and you), Grant Kwiecinski gave us an awesome look at his newest work, while letting us peek behind the scenes of his latest tour.

GRiZ has all the makings of an EDM susperstar– the kickass lifestyle, a die-hard commitment to his fans, and (of course) a divine prowess in music production.  In addition to a sneak peek at what we hope is an upcoming EP, GRiZ announced a slew of new dates for 2014 for what he’s calling the Power in Numbers tour.

]]> It’s no secret that funk-soul duo Gramatik has been a favorite of ours for some time– due in part to their soulful music, and due in part to his dope philosophy on file sharing and music distribution.  Lead DJ Denis Jasarevic is a member of the Digital Liberation Movement under the Pretty Lights Music label, encouraging free music through torrenting and file sharing for all.  Consequently, when a group of music journalists got ahold of their new album The Age of Reason, Gramatik shrugged it off and posted this pic:

Needless to say, Gramatik is ready to let his music speak for itself, and so are we.
