Do you remember Dog Blood? Skrillex and Boys Noize joined forces in 2013 to create a monster with their in-your-face fusion of sounds, and as quickly as they took over the world, Dog Blood quietly disappeared back into the abyss. Now slated to make their hallowed return at Detroit’s summer homage to techno, Movement Festival, Dog Blood gave fans a little treat to tide over hungry appetites. Releasing their 7am live set from Spain’s Monegros Festival, Sonny and Alex are alluding to a highly-anticipated comeback, offering up a tech-heavy hour and a half long free download.

Beware, any preconceived notion of Dog Blood should be left at the door. The set isn’t the super-duo’s usual high-velocity throat kicking action, but rather a long form bout of acid house and tech house mastery. Working in bits of glitch-hop and groovy deep house cuts, Skrillex and Boys Noize finesse their way through 90 minutes of techno like you would expect only these legends could.

Listen to the entire sunrise set below and be sure to grab the download, completely free of charge here.
